I gotta say your designs are cool as hell. How long have you guys been doing this? I wish I'd found you a few years go while I was still prowling the depths because these would have been great underway tees for those long deployments when the old man loosened up on the uniform regs.

Well, the new shirts are HOT and going like gangbusters here! Not approved by DOD, DA but feared by the ACM.
The design was originally created by SFC Mike “SWEATY” Kennedy, an NCO from the Nevada National Guard. A great tattoo artist if you ever need a tattoo and are in Reno, NV.
Vision Strikewear out of Portland, OR took the design and ran with it creating a superb shirt. Vision is owned by a group of Marines doing their part to class up the war zone and make an honest living. It is the Purchaser’s Responsibility to know whether or not they are authorized to use the pictures, symbols, Logo’s or artwork content on the item that is being customized for them by Vision-Strike-Wear.Com. Any legal issues that might arise from the content that the purchaser chooses to have on their custom items design is 100% the customers responsibility, and Vision-Strike-Wear.Com will not be held liable for any reason if content is used illegally.

Your custom design will remain the property of Vision-Strike-Wear.Com which can only be used for reorders when requested from you or someone you have given authority too. This is to ensure 100% control of your military art design and how many items are produced during the life of the design.

Comments sent via email or snail-mail may be used as a customer testimonial within this website. When sending emails or snail-mail, you authorize Vision-Strike-Wear.Com the use of any or all comments made within the email or letter.

Any layout changes, after we complete the design to your initial specifications, will result in additional design fees of $75.00 per hour to cover the additional time required redoing your layout and artwork.

If Vision-Strike-Wear.Com designers start work on your design, and you choose to cancel the order, you will be charged the deposit which is not refundable or $500 whichever is less as a cancellation fee and if printing and production of your t-shirts or apparel has commenced there will be an additional fee which is non refundable of $250.00.

Your design layout will not go into production until you give your final approval and proof the design for layout, spelling and layout.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all orders. (prices may vary on content, number of apparel items and sizes) Although products purchased from Vision-Strike-Wear.Com are normally delivered within 2 - 3 weeks, the purchaser needs to understand that there are no guaranteed dates. Vision-Strike-Wear.Com will not be held liable or responsible for late deliveries or lost items.

If there is an error on your order or design which was our fault, your order will be re-made at no cost to you.

Because our designs and printing are a custom product, they cannot be returned for any reason. We will not be liable for profit loss, cost, or any other reasons caused by missed deadlines due to shipping delays or any other uncontrollable events.
