CUSTOM DESIGN AND ORDER RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

CUSTOM DESIGN ORDER FORM
Vision-Strike-Wear.com has been creating custom designs for over 200 units worldwide for all branches and services and will be happy to help you create your unique unit design by following our Rules of Engagement and completing the Custom Design Order Form below.

CUSTOM T-SHIRT-RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

1. To engage services complete and Submit the Order Form above.

-We CANNOT begin until we receive all the information in form below to provide an accurate quote.

-Tell us what you want on the front and back of the shirt. If you or your unit has something specific in mind, please remember to be as detailed as possible in your instructions.

-While our designers are extremely talented, they have not learned the ability to mind-read, so we rely on you to provide us with all of the information needed to get started. More information ensure better results. Please be as clear and succinct as possible.

-Vision Strike Wear has a 48 shirt minimum for custom orders.

-WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT REQUESTS BASED ON SEXUALLY OR RACIALLY OFFENSIVE CONTENT. If you request these types of designs, we will let you know so that your time and money aren't wasted.

2. Vision-Strike-Wear.com then provides a quote for your review.

-Upon quote approval customer is required to pay deposit of 50% of total order amount to begin.

-Deposit is refundable until design sketch is approved.

-Once quote is accepted allow up to 7 business days to receive sketch for your design.

3. Vision-Strike-Wear.com then provides a sketch for customer to approve.

-Once Sketch is approved deposit is no longer refundable. The deposit is used to engage the design services of one of our talented artists.

-Further sketch requests after initial sketch is approved will incur additional design fees.

-If there is no response after 10 working days after sketch has been submitted to customer will be considered approved.

4. Vision-Strike-Wear provides final design for customer approval.

-Once Sketch is approved allow up to 10 working days for design to be finalized.

-If there is no response after 10 working days after final has been submitted to customer will be considered approved.

5. Vision-Strike-Wear.com then provides shipping total for customer.

-Once shipping fees are provided, Vision-Strike-Wear.com ships product to customer.

-Shirts ship within two weeks of design approval.

-Shipping to APO and FPO addresses typically takes 10 days (normally) to 3 weeks (occasionally). Once it is in the APO or FPO system, it is out of our control and out of our ability to track.

-Delivery times vary. Shipping normally takes a few days for addresses inside the continental U.S., and ten days to three weeks for delivery to APO and FPO addresses, including American Embassies.

-Rush design or shipping requests will incur additional fees at customers expense.







FAQ

1. Need to re-order?

-If your unit has ordered from us before and you want the same design, the process is considerably quicker if we can just look up your old information rather than try to reinvent the wheel. Please let us know if this is the case with you.

2. What if my unit is under 48 people?

-Contact us we will try to work something out based on the considerations specific to your unit needs or unit type.

3. Can I send you an image?

-A picture is worth a thousand words, so if you wish, you can also attach a scan of a pencil sketch or idea you would like us to emulate in the design if you think it will help us make your design closer to how you envision it.

4. Can people order shirts individually once we place a minimum order?

-Yes. It's possible to digitally print your designs on a re-order basis.





CUSTOM PATCHES

If you would like to place a patch order or if you would like to speak to us about patches one of our sales representatives will be happy to talk to you about your patch needs.

In your email please include how many pieces you are interested in ordering, the size of your patch, your expected turnaround time, a graphic of the image you want on your patch, and any other information you think might help us understand your patch or provide you with a quote.

* We will accept a minimum order of 50 pieces

Metallic Threads: Add 20% per patch

Glow in the Dark Thread: Add 20% per patch

Neon Threads: Add 20% per patch

Colors: 12 colors included

Additional colors: $0.10 per color, per patch

Iron-on backing: Add $0.10 per patch

Velcro backing: Add 20% per patch

Adhesive backing: Add 15% per patch

BILLING

CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS WILL SHOW CHARGES FROM VISION-STRIKE-WEAR.COM FOR PURCHASES MADE ON THIS SITE.

We strive to produce the highest quality product when you make your purchase. If you encounter an issue involving a printing error, for example a misspelled word, we will replace your product without question.

We cannot make guarantees with regard to shipping time frames once your order has been placed in the hands of USPS. T-shirts are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

We can provide shipping notification upon request. If you elect to make a return or place a charge back on your order without first contacting us by email and you have not received an RMA number you will be charged a 50% restocking fee and you will also be charged for any charge backs ($35.00) not previously approved by Vision-Strike-Wear.Com for those returns. Additional charges will also include all associated costs for collections incurred by Vision-Strike-Wear.Com over and above the previously stated charges.

If Vision-Strike-Wear.Com receives a cancellation of a project after a deposit (whether in part or full) has been made and the designs has been provided then the deposit is deemed forfeited.

Vision-Strike-Wear.Com retains all rights to future use of the artwork, whether or not the design goes to press.
